6 oz. lobster tail, calamari, mussels, clams, shrimp sautéed olive oil, white wine, marinara pan seared, with cherry tomatoes, garlic, basil, crushed red pepper, white wine over a bed of linguini.

Maine Lobster risotto cooked in a shallot and sherry sauce topped with two colossal shrimp.

Truffle and cheese stuffed pasta in a butter, sage sauce finished with truffle oil.
