Valpolicella Superiore "Monte Tombole", Villa Erbic 		This "Baby Amarone" is aged for 18 months in barriques and a minimum of 6 months in the bottle before release. Ripe fruits, bitter chocolate and dried flowers are a prelude to a subtle palate with fresh herbs and a perfect pairing of tannin and acidity. Deep red and violet with intense fragrance of cherries and plum. Only 667 cases produced. Outstanding!!!
